Chargrilled tuna steak on rocket and parmesan salad

  • 4 tuna steaks of 7oz each
  • 400g rocket
  • 50g shaved parmesan

For the dressing:

  • 8 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 50g of rocket
  • Salt & pepper to taste

In a blender, add the garlic, shallot, rocket, salt and pepper.

Blend and add the olive oil and lemon juice.

Put the rocket on a plate with the shaved parmesan add the dressing and serve topped with the chargrilled tuna.
