Brindisa Gherkins


Brindisa’s baby sized gherkins or “”pepinillos”” are lightly pickled with mustard seeds and black peppercorns then packed with one or two little silverskin onions to round out the flavour.

They go perfectly with a little deli platter as a pre-dinner nibble, alongside our Scottish smoked salmon, mackerel and trout pate and marinated white anchovies. They’re also a must for our traditional fish and chips!

Ingredients: Gherkins (sulphites), vinegar, water, silverskin onions (5%), salt, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, sugar, natural flavouring.

May also contain celery and lupin.

Your order will be freshly prepared for collection from our Clifton Village shop on Fridays. Orders need to be placed before 11am on Thursday morning for your order to be processed that week.
