Frozen squid tubes


We can’t go to Greece so it’s time for home-made calamari! Each squid tube will make two small or one large portion of calamari – cut the defrosted tube into rings, coat in beaten egg, then seasoned flour and shallow fry or deep-fry for a few minutes. Serve with tartare sauce, seafood sauce or Fishers sweet chilli sauce.
